In the 4 and 5 years we have had our dogs, we have totally slacked in the walking department. I have decided that in the mornings when Chad leaves for work, the dogs and I are getting some exercise! This, of course, after my LiveFit trainer workout.

I did Day 32 of the LiveFit trainer this morning and it was awesome! My abs are still sore from day 30.
I did take pictures of my progress, but I don't see much difference, unfortunately.
Oh well, I lost 4 pounds and a few inches.
In other news, I started a body cleanse today. I am hoping to "clean out" my body a bit. I feel a litttle blah. I am so excited!!
Do you walk your dogs daily?
I am definitely going to start. 10 minutes with my little nerds daily, just starts it off right!

This is my fourth time doing it. I love the way I feel afterwards.

Hey girl, don't even worry about not seeing a difference in your pictures yet. In almost every program I've done (5+ including P90X, Insanity, and Body for Life) they ALWAYS say that physically you see the changes at week 8. It's because most programs have an "introduction" phase (week 1-4) to get your body used to working out, then weeks 5-8 is when your body really starts to make changes. Week 8 and on... your body is loving you and starts dropping the fat.

And no, I don't walk my doggies daily and yes, I've tried a 3-day Shakeology cleanse before.
